Besides our own work, we travel to Argentina almost every year if time and money allow us to do that, and work there with a group of indigenous artisans in the North of the country. We then bring their traditional wooden crafts for the Holiday season in Manhattan where we sell them at Union Square Holiday Market. Our customers understand and feel great about being able to help these communities keep their traditions while earning a fair compensation, which allow them to send their children to school, build better homes and improve their lives (especially the lives of women!) AMAZING MOBILES: Our mobiles are painstakingly handcrafted and carefully checked before wrapping. It is our wish that you will enjoy them for years to come. However, you may return an item unopened for full refund or replacement within 15 days of purchase. All returns, including repairs, require pre-authorization. Purchase receipt is necessary for refund. To avoid tangling, follow hanging instructions. Repairs will be considered within one year of purchase, provided the mobile is intact (no parts torn down). A repair fee may apply. Please treat mobile carefully, don't cut strings; if tangled, don't make it worse. Tell us exactly what happened. If you send it for repair, wrap it carefully; don't bend it. If it was purchased from a retailer, the retail shop may contact us at its discretion. We cannot repair mobiles that have been battered, torn down, tangled beyond repair, or visibly treated with neglect. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless mobile was defective due to our mistake.
WOODEN CRAFTS: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Items purchased by auction are not refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and reason for return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost of misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear in your billing statement.
WEARABLE ART AND COLLAGES: these are one-of-a-kind. If you wish to return, please pack it well. We only refund after inspection confirming that the piece is in perfect condition. Please call or email to have the shipment approved. We accept refund requests of wearable art and collages within 30 days of purchase.
